Where is the converted file stored?

By default all the converted video will be stored at "C:\Converted Video" . In case you cannot remember where you have set the output folder as, run the options dialog form and check the text field value for the converted video directory.

I have tried to use Videozilla but is not working properly?

Make sure you have computer has installed with Windows 98se, ME, XP, NT, 2000, 2003, or Vista with a least 256 MB RAM and 300 MB hard disk space for the best performance. Secondly, make sure there is no other application that is playing or opening the audio file that you trying to edit at the same time.

Currently Videozilla only support input from video formats; QT, MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, M4V, 3G2. If Videozilla prompt message "File format not supported", please make sure: Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your pc The required video and audio codecs has installed on your pc. The video file is not corrupted The video file is not in protected mode There is not other software currently playing / using the video file The Real Player has been installed on your pc
